The GFP Projects General Licence
I. Definitions(i)In this document, "you" or "your" refers to the reader and "GFP Projects", "our", "we" or "us" refers to The GFP Projects Group.
(ii)The term "source code" refers to the original files from which the final executable application was derived. Click Here for a simpler definition.
(iii)The GFP Projects Group website can be found at http://www.gfpprojects.com/. This is also referred to as the "official website".
(iv)The GFP Projects Group download site can be found at http://www.gfpprojects.com/downloads.php. This is also referred to as the "official download site".
(v)The old GFP Projects Group website can be found at http://www.tornadogames.co.uk. This is also referred to as the "old website". Please Note: this website has been perminantly removed.
(vi)The websites mentioned in Sections I.iii, I.iv. and I.v. are sometimes collectively referred to as the "official sites".
II. Products and Services(i)The GFP Projects Group does not allow any of its products to be distributed by third parties without express permission, if you GFP Projects products being distrubuted or sold by a third party please report it to us immediately. (ii)The only person who can distribute GFP Projects products on sites other than the official sites will go by the pseudonym "gk007".
III. Source Code(i)The end-user may not attempt to decompile any application created by The GFP Projects Group, or attempt to access the source code in any other way without express permission. (ii)All source code remains the property of The GFP Projects Group, as explained in Section V, and cannot be used without express permission.
IV. Warranties, Guarantees and Liability(i)All of the products provided by The GFP Projects Group are provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. (ii)Although The GFP Projects Group make every effort to take into account all possible "side effects" of using our products, we cannot accept any liability for any unexpected or unforeseen consequences of using them on the end-user's equipment. (iv)We cannot accept liability for third party groups legally or illegally using our source code.
V. Copyright(i)The copyright for all logos, source codes, product names, official website designs and any other material created by The GFP Projects Group belong to us. (ii)The copyright for any material created for a client will belong to the client. (iii)Section V.i. and Section V.ii. are in accordance with the Universal Copyright Convention and the international Berne Convention.
VI. Disclaimer(i)We are not responsible for any damage to any of your hardware or software that may have been caused by using our products or services (including tutorials).
VII. Appendices(i)The GFP Projects Group reserves the right to change this licence with or without prior notice or warning.
(ii)By using any of our products or services (including following our tutorials) you are agreeing to all the points made in the above licence.
